Warning: mehr hotel is the same as persian hostel. They use two names for 1 hotel.
We didn't have: sheets, towels, airco (only in the hall) and toilet paper.
Also, they charged us more than they promote on their website. We had to negotiate for the price of our room. Very expensive for the room you get (€60 dollar after negotiating).

Rooms are dirty and my bed was full of hair! the time breakfast is too late! and stuffs are normal. i never come back to this hotel

The first impression is quite good, but once you get to the floor you notice it is not too clean and sometimes even smell bad. And the breakfast is really tiny. The stuff is very friendly though, no problems with getting a room or extending your stay. And there is good and cheap restaurant downstairs. To summarise: it has some disadvantages but anyway it's one of the best options for budget travellers is Tehran currently.
