The receptionists are very kind and ready to serve you anytime, nice rooms with poor bathroom. The location is near to bazar.

Avoid absolutely. Situated in the worst part of Tehran. Wall paper falling down. Small bathroom with Turc toilet and shower spilling water all over. Inadapted for european or american standards. Does not give a good opinion of Tehran which is much better than this area.

객실에 담배 쪄든냄새가 심합니다. 일부 객실은 변기가 쪼그려 앉아야하는 재래식 변기입니다. 싱글룸은 욕실이 너무 작고, 침대가 창가로 붙어 있는데 에어콘 실외기가 바로 밖에 붙어 있어 에어콘 작동시 소음이 심합니다. 건너편 ZIBA호텔 보다는 객실이 깔끔하고 침구도 좋으나 그만큼 비쌉니다.
정상요금은 싱글룸 58불이나 40달러면 가능 합니다. 장점은 위치 입니다. 지하철역도 멀지 않고 바자르도 도보로 가능하며 주변이 좀 번잡한 감도 있지만 로컬식당도 많습니다.
조식은 진짜 간단...이정도 급이면 몇가지 더 있어야 하는데...실망스럽습니다. 이란 호텔들 대부분 그런것 같습니다.
