Brought wrong car then half way through rental swapped it for a beat up stinking old prius. Avoid at all cost.

We got a brand new car and everything seemed ok. The guy instucted us to refill petrol up to the same level 5/6 full. This was a trick because it was not possible to refill 5/6 the meter in the car would not jump up to 5/6 but jumped right to full. We had to fill a lot more then we had used. So fooled again. When thinking about it the only reason why they hand out a car with 5/6 full tank is that they know that the customer will have to fill it all up.

We had really bad experience with this company. There was 2 major issues among others. The first big one was that they copied my credit card information and wrote down the CVV number from the backside of the card right next to other copied information. This should not be done in any circumstances by a legit company. I noticed this after I left their premises and I didn't have time to start arguing about it while heading back home. I informed my bank about the incident and they shutdown my card and sent a new one. They also said that they will inform Master card about the case. I hope that this company is corrected by the credit card company as the writing down the CVV number is considered really bad mistake or even a fraud.

Another completely different kind of issue was the baby seat. This can be considered worse than the credit card issue yet it could be easily fixed. Model was unsuitable for about 1 year old baby and the seat belt adjustment was missing. I was forced to tie off excessive belt behind the seat. They were charging 20€ a week for this piece of junk. In the local store I saw decent seat sold by 40€. If they have any dignity and professionalism they would invest in a new seat(s).

Another smaller stuff was in a ways how all things work out. I would not say customer service was rude but kind of careless. The pickup from the airport was late. Customers including me were wandering around the arrivals hall asking other rental representatives where we should find this company. I'm glad that I bump in to this lady who was also looking for this same company. Finally this dude briefly storms in and quickly gathers some punch of customers and transport them to the courtyard outside the airport. I'm not surprised if someone was left behind..

Car was not the same as we had ordered. I know that it is common practice to change car to something similar. This was completely different. We needed station wagon to fit luggage and baby trolleys. Only car they were able to offer instead of new station wagon was old dirty jeep with modest luggage compartment. Luckily we were able to fit everything in the car.

They should use some consideration assigning cars to the customers. If there is a station wagon with a baby seat ordered they should know what customer is aiming for and act accordingly. But as I already said service seemed careless and neglecting.

We rent a jeep from Europent for five days. We went in many places by doing many kilometers and had no problem. When they delivered it to us, it was washed, and gave us GPS. Air condition and radio worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I am very satisfied at all.

I visit Crete the latest two years and I use the Europrent to rent car. I am totally satisfied as I find them helpful and always with the best prices by far. Friendly service, good prices and the latest models of cars, make the Europrent my first choice!
