Friendly people, good breakfast, OK rooms . But you really need to do something about the heat in the rooms, the little fan you have is noisy and far from enough. You really need a decent AC system so that your guests don't melt even in May. The heat inside the rooms is disproportionate to the heat outside (it was chilly outside but hot in the room), makes it impossible to sleep, relax, or work.
