Amazing Japanese restaurant. The best I have been since one in Thailand 9 years ago. Very authentic, friendly service, nice atmosphere and superb food. Will be back on my next trip to Hamburg.

One of the best restaurants I've been to in a long while. Prices are a bit hefty, but when you consider that they often block your table for the entire evening it's fair. The owner/waitress was extremely helpful in putting together menus and explaining some peculiarities. On weekends one should reserve a table though.

Delicious fine dining Japanese food. Reservations are highly recommended, and on busy evenings, there is a long wait for sushi. Up a flight of stairs so not wheelchair accessible.

The best Japanese I've had in Europe. I live in Berlin and there is no where as good as this there.
I'm Australian where Japanese food is at a very high level as well as spending time in Tokyo, so I know when Japanese food is good and I also know you have to pay highly for good raw fish and authentically prepared dishes.
The portions are small because that is how the portions are in Japan! Worth the money definitely if you know what to order!z
