I’ve been at this pharmacy a few times, the personnel is not the friendliest I’ve met, they are literally strange and do not communicate very easily. Last time I wanted to get my regular cortisone spray and asthma inhaler prescription, and when my partner went to pick up the medicine, they decided to replace the inhaler with another brand I don’t have any experience with. And without asking me! Their reasoning was that my insurance pays for a cheaper product if available and that the other brand should be just as good. It’s not the first time I get exactly this prescription and I never heard this before from other pharmacies where I bought the meds in the past. Also, the inhaler I’m used to is a strong one and helps me have a normal life, so I can’t risk asthma attacks by using another product which my lung doctor didn’t recommend. I’m very disappointed with the staff there and I will never return to this pharmacy again, even if it’s the closest to my home.

War dort nur, weil die Apotheke Nachtdienst hatte. Sehr deftige Preise, mäßig freundlich und keine Infos zu den Produkten. Für Nasic Nasenspray und eine kleine Packung Grippostad C wären über 21€ (inkl. 2,50€ Nachtdienstzuschlag) fällig gewesen...
