There are security guards patrolling this small indoor plaza so it is definitely safe. I believe there is a Starbucks and there is a Hema which I love because it's got all the affordable prices one would see in America. Most of their products are probably imported because they sometimes come entirely with English instructions/labels.

Refurbishing took a while but it was a complete success. The place is definitely lovely. The ground floor is occupied by stores while the upper floor is an exhibition area.
