The food is good but the service is very poor and the waiters were very very slow, you have to do reservation but if you do that a day before you have to call again and reconfirm??????

Food is great here. I loved almost every single dish. Mlokhyah is delicious dont miss it.
Seating is good as well the music is not loud and disturbing. Set, enjoy, and have ur belly full.
I wont forget the 400LE minimum charge here.
Service is below normal and slow but friendly, location is not bad.
Normally, this place require reservation.

Had an hour to kill at 12pm on a Tuesday which also happened to be the day after sham el nessim so it is the quietest time in Egypt for restaurants more so than normal. We arrived asked for two juices and a shisha. We were told we have to order 250 pounds worth of items each otherwise we have to leave. I understand minimum charging at peak times but at 12pm the day after sham el nessim is nowhere near a peak time. There were only 6 other people in the whole place!
