I found this place by looking at locations that took Way Spa gift cards; otherwise, would not likely have visited this place. Overall, it was a terrible massage and my massage was interrupted twice by the receptionist who was leaving about a couple hours prior to the spa close but wanted me to settle up (in the middle of my massage!). An unprofessional place with a poor quality massage.
I found this place by looking at locations that took Way Spa gift cards; otherwise, would not likely have visited this place. 1. Place was NOT clean. Very dusty and unkept. Tools didn't seem to be sanitized or stored properly. Washroom had cleaning supplies left out and about.
2. Did not seem like a professional salon. For example, pedicure gets done in a big mixing bowl in the front foyer along with manicure. Very slim nail polish selection with polishes looking old and separated. Chairs were all broken with the cushions sunken in. And dish towels were used for towels.
3.massage was devine but the blankets kind of smelt musty 😕.
4. Facial was ok but lotion kept getting massaged into my hair, about half way back my head.
I'm giving 2 stars because the massage was really really good, but it the atmosphere took away from the whole experience and made it really hard to relax and enjoy anything

This was my 3rd time with this place. I don't understand why they gave me a freaking student with less than 8 months of experience! Later the owner apologized but I don't think she meant it because it costed me $80! The owner knew the student wasn't good enough and they made her give me deep tissue massage! No loyalty for their returning costumers! Please do not bother with this place.

My husband and I found this spa while browsing the net. They had an appointment the same afternoon which was great. We both did an aromatherapy massage.
The premises are clean; the room was relaxing, with soothing music and aromas. The massages were excellent with just the right amount of pressure. Jean and Jennie were very professional and we highly recommend them both.
This is definitely on the list of our favorite places now!
