Place where unprofessionalism reigns, already it's necessary to wait a long time while there is no affluence, a secretary who serves as a decor, it has not been hired for his intelligence that's for sure. A nurse rather correct.
A rude doctor, you have to wait for 1 hour in a box, that you see 5 minutes and that is not a minimum rigorous.
It does not prescribe everything you need, no pain when you come for it, the height.
The worst is that if you need to see him again to get his pain, you have to call a unique number, you have decor secretaries who tell you "you must go back, you are not in the right place" nothing more.

Anyway, according to many this kind of problem of doctor who take themselves for god, who have no sense of humanity and a service well rendered and especially who do not even do their job properly is a general problem to the province of Ontario, there are the public service doctors who are trying to solve this problem, the better and to look for the least worse.

Of course if you value your health and well being, this place is to be avoided.

Pour les français, si vous pensez que c'est le genre de cabinet médical comme on peut trouver en France, un cabinet, un médecin, du sérieux pour certains, continuez de rêver, c'est pas le style de la région.

Nursing staff is friendly but I have been there twice and the bedside manner is about the same as the midnight shift at 7-11 or a 24 hour gas station attendant. Two different doctors on separate occasions were curt and hurried. Dismissive and unfriendly. I don't need someone to hold my hand but common social etiquette like hello, good-bye, have a nice day, thank you for your business.... Made to wait when no one else was there. I was told my daughter needs stitches and to go to Sick Kids emergency. When I ask Apple Tree about glue instead I'm told definitely not. When I get to Sick Kids emergency I'm told glue is definitely a better option and she's all fixed up with by a friendly team of professionals.

The best clinic I've been to by far. It's a bit out of the way for me but I make the trip.

Only Appletree I've been to in the city that doesn't accept out of province healthcare. When asked about it the girl stated that it depends on the location if they take out of province health car and that the only one that accepts it is the one at York University. However I have been to two other Appletree Clinics besides the York University one and have never had an issue.

The worst clinic ever!!!! I wish I could rate it 0 star, they bring in the room after 5mins of checking in which was amazing, but they made me waited in the room for 1 hr plus. On top of this I don't understand why they made me wait inside the room and not let my boy friend to come in with me!?!?! Because your doctor doesn't like!?!? Instead he likes to make their patient wait inside by themselves for hrs?!?!! And when I ask after waiting 1 hr and 10 min when will I be seen, they said they didn't know !?!? There's a lot of appointments ahead!? I thought this was a walk in clinic? When I got there , there wasn't anyone there. Such a scam clinic! Don't wast your time! I just waited a hr for nothing
