Watch for hidden cost , I was told one cost on the phone then was charged extra because I was given colors to chose from without being told that there was an extra cost

Good experience but extremely expensive. I had a pedicure $50 and had permanent polish put on. No manicure. Total bill was $115. So the permanent polish is $65???? I have paid less than that and got a manicure and the polish. That just seems really high to me.

Unprofessional to the max. The Company is a joke if I'm booking an appointment two weeks in advance I'm expecting my appointment to be there on the day I book it not tell me they can book a day before when I'm already have other appointments or two weeks later when I'm coming back from holidays. I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy.

Been going to the Spa for over 2 years, and have had nothing but amazing service from Jolee. Everyone else has always been welcoming and kind over the phone or in person as well. Would recommend to all friends and family.

My pedicure was wonderful all the way from booking it over the phone until I paid. I didn't catch the ladies name who did my service but she was nice enough to give me a tour before my service.
My only complaint is that over the phone I asked for "the longest, most relaxing pedicure there was" She said the citrus pedicure with paraffin and I was told it would be $65 and asked if that was ok.
However when I went to pay it ended up being $85.
I was pretty relaxed and just ended up paying and leaving. Unfortunately I don't know if I'd be back again based on the price difference.
