Most disorganized restaurant I've ever seen! I used to go to this location once per week and have observed the level of service and competence deteriorate to the point that today was my last visit. If you want to wait 15 minutes or more for someone to take your order, this is the place to be. If you want to wait more than thirty minutes for them to cook chicken, this is the place to go. If you want to watch your order just sit there until someone finally feels like bagging it
and handing it to you.......
The place looks like it's run by a bunch of half trained kids that really have no idea what customer service is..
I'd give this place zero stars if I could!

My experince depends on how staff is feeling. sometimes nice. friendly. clean. Crispy good food.others... I'm bothering you..gossip in front of me. soggy forever warmed food.last time was good though so hope to continue..

I walked in 10 min before closing, was ignored by staff twice as they compled other orders.
As closing time came, the young lady simply looked at me and said, sorry, we are closed now. Wow. I have not seen such ignorance and lack of professionalism in a long time.
