My husband, and I as a passenger, were taken from Welland Hospital to Niagara Hospital for an Endoscopy. The first ride the attendants were 2 charming young ladies, Caitlin and Denise, who did everything to make my husband comfortable and for me not to worry. The second ride, i.e. our return, our attendants were two equally charming and helpful, Evan and Mike. You, Spectrum, are smart and lucky having employed such professional and able staff.
I have already told a few friends and I know that this will carry your reputation a long way.
