Absolutely perfect service! We ordered the opel zafira for 9 days for a very good price. Much cheaper than can be found on rentalcars app. The communication with the service was superb. Thank you Nayden!

Came from israel to sofia bulgaria, Use their services and was very pleased!! The car was great and price was decent with no surprise at the end.... will use them again

Service was great and the car was like new. Car was delivered to my address, no charge, and was right on time. Rental process was easy and quick. They even delivered a lost item to my address the next day. Would definitely use them again.

We did a round trip through Bulgaria, Macedonia and Albania, with a rented car from Naycar.
To start with, the car was fantastic, zero problems!
Service was great, documents (green form) were prepared by Naycar (for crossing the borders between countries), the staff was professional and friendly, very decent cost.
We would definitely use their service in the future.

Overall we had a positive experience with Naycar. They had really good communication considering we had a last minute booking and made pick up and drop off very easy. The car was clean and well presented however one window didn't go down and the break shuddered / was slow when stopping in wet weather (we addressed these issues when returning the car and were told they were aware of the window and the brakes were like that because of ABS - although it didn't feel this way). However we had a good experience and the price is very affordable. I would recommend them.
