Rooms are acceptable, location is close to stuff but also noisy. Spa is good and overall worth the cost.

Clean and comfortable larger size hotel. Food was decent standard. I would stay there again although a bit of a hike to the gondola lift, 25 mins with small kids and carrying boots and equipment, probably only 15 mins without kids. Hope bansko gets a second gondola lift, queues at peak times were unacceptably long.
