Edge helped me to get back on track after a rough patch. Laura Van Hijfte set up a made to measure schedule for me. A mixture of physiotherapy and back- and core training is the best way to put it. In combination with the yoga class, my well-being went up whereas my complaints went down. I am still benefiting from their playful though strict approach everyday. Definitely recommending this club to everyone. Thanks Edge!

I have Bechterew (back problems) and Crohn (digestive). When I started training at Edge I was 63kg at 1m83. Now I’m at 73kg, stronger back and stronger overall thanks to the great care and training provided by Edge. I can’t thank them enough.

Best gym I have ever worked out at. Coaches are excellent and integrated Physio and other services coordinate well leading to better outcomes all round!

The best place to train in Antwerp. Professional, great atmosphere and highly qualified trainers and physiotherapist.
Group personal training here is really personal. Small groups are limited to 10 people max, every participant gets a personal accompaniment. The ideal way to achieve all your goals!
