Amazing food and great atmosphere. Pablo, the owner, sat with us for most of our meal and had great stories and insight into the evolving Mendoza food and wine scene. Very memorable experience!

Friendly staff (though they rushed us a bit to finish!); amazing food. Wine and cocktails are great. Meals are well worth the prices! ....UPDATE: We returned 2 years later & they now only serve a set menu. Such a shame because we wanted to pick and choose from the abundant dishes previously on the menu, only to find this was no longer possible. Still excellent service.

Outstanding restaurant that celebrates all Argentinian cuisine whilst throwing a few surprises at you. The food was a joy, the local wines were well paired and the setting itself was beautifully relaxed. We were looked after from start to finish by the owner and his friendly staff who took pleasure in telling us all about each course. We could not have asked for more.

After living in Mendoza for 5 years, eating here is always an exceptional experience! The quality and execution is unparalleled in regards to price.
Chef Pablo Del Rio and the Siete Cocinas team have developed one of Mendoza's top culinary destinations. Just order the 16 hr. braised goat or Mollejas (sweetbreads)...or the tasting menu....you'll understand!
As a sommelier and chef, I enjoy the high-level hospitality/service, thoughtful wine list (good pricing too!), and exceptionally executed and delicious dishes that represent the 7 culinary regions of Argentina using seasonal local bounties.
DO NOT MISS THIS EXPERIENCE!!
