Very pleased with my lash extensions, Krista gave me great aftercare advice and was very professional and friendly. She did a great job on my lashes especially as my own ones are very thin at the moment, I’m so pleased and have booked in again with her for 2 weeks’ time.
I have also in the past had a facial and pedicure her, both of which were lovely. The spa is always very clean and the reception staff are polite and welcoming. Thank you!

Brilliant work and therapist put me at ease for a first timer. Even managed to locate my sore muscles and give me some relief. Will definately be back.

This was my second time for city survival spa package, and was great again. Sharlene was excellent host, massage was very relaxing, just what I needed. I had a bit dry skin after holiday, but now after Elemis facial it looks healthy and glowing. I hope the Elemis kit she recommended will keep my skin in good condition until next visit.

This was the way a massage,should be. After a poor experience previously, this was such a treat. The whole treatment was excellent, from the start with use of the sauna, then a quick foot massage, lovely back massage and facial. It was so relaxing and therapist was excellent.

Been going to PURE for over a year now and highly recommend it. Lovely atmosphere and the staff are really nice. I have the app which is good for keeping track of appointments and rescheduling. Also easy for parking
