This is where tourists go to pay their parking tickets. I meet another one here with the same ticket for parking in a residential spot without a windshield sticker. It's $250 USD ! But if you pay within 30 days, it's half price, just call it tourist driving tax... There's no mention of this fine on the internet anywhere except for blogs or trip advisor. If you visit Puerto Rico and plan to stay in San Juan just Uber or take Taxi if needed.
